Boron Nitride coatings exhibit effective performance within oxidizing environments, maintaining stability up to 850°C, as well as in reducing atmospheres up to 1372°C, and even under vacuum conditions reaching up to 3000°C.

Our water-based coatings undergo a drying process, forming a smooth film that offers varying levels of hardness. Specific formulations showcase outstanding resistance to erosion, tailored for robust wear protection.

These pliable films provide not only exceptional lubrication but also possess non-wetting attributes. All coatings within our range exhibit non-wetting and releasing properties, particularly in the presence of molten aluminum, magnesium, and their byproducts. Furthermore, Boron Nitride coatings can also act as effective release agents for other molten metals.
